Profile

• Experience with impact analyses, documenting processes and writing clear requirements
• Exellent writing and analytical skills
• Experience with UML
• Experience with taking on a coordinating role during the test process for Business
• Experience in writing good-quality test designs
• Experience with coordinating and overseeing the activities of the other people involved
• Be able to work with others and to make clear arrangements with a variety of internal and external parties
• Knowledge of JIRA, INCIDENT reporting, MS Office
• Experience with Business Modelling and Business Process Management
